The vacuum in food containers with vacuum packaging technology is usually 600~1333Pa.Therefore, the vacuum packaging is actually not able to achieve complete vacuum, is not necessary, and therefore, the vacuum packaging is called vacuum packaging or exhaust packaging.
Vacuum packaging has the following characteristics:
1.it eliminates most of the air (oxygen) in the packaging container, which can effectively prevent food from spoilage.
2. High barrier (air tightness) packaging materials and strict sealing technology and requirements are adopted to effectively prevent the exchange of packaging contents and materials, which can avoid food weight loss, odor loss and secondary pollution.
3.The inner gas of the vacuum packaging container in the bath has been eliminated, which accelerates the heat conduction, which can not only improve the efficiency of thermal sterilization, but also avoid the rupture of the packaging container due to the expansion of gas during heating sterilization.
