Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE)
Linear low-density polyethylene film is a copolymer formed by polymerization of ethylene with a small amount of advanced a-olefins (such as butene-1, hexene-1, octene-1, and tetramethylene-1, etc.) at high pressure or low pressure under the action of catalyst. The density is between 0.915~0.940 g/cm3.
Higher tensile strength, penetration resistance, tear resistance and elongation are the characteristics of LLDPE.A new variety of "third generation polyethylene" is considered.Linear low density polyethylene (ldpe) consumes less energy and produces a higher yield than conventional ldpe, especially its physical and chemical properties are much better than those of conventional ldpe.
Laminated film and composite film
Laminated film and composite film are two or more layers of different polymer extruded at the same time.
